I haven't received my refund (yet)

Please be advised that refunds can take anywhere between 2-7 business days to appear in your bank account. 

If you received a receipt for your refund, this is confirmation that the refund was processed successfully. 

If you have not received your refund after this time frame, please get in touch with us.
