How do I request a refund?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day refund period for purchases for any and all reasons you did not find our product/masterclass was a fit for you.
We will NOT provide refunds for more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the product.
To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.
If you would like a refund, please either use the Help Widget on the bottom right of the screen or send an email to email@example.com requesting to refund and we will take care of your request.
Please note: Our system tracks individual accounts. If we believe you have purchased the course/product, downloaded or been through all the material and then just ask for a refund, chances are we’ll say no.
